C. First part asks about Military service that's where you note Army time.

16. Has to do with organizations such as terrorist organizations, or other criminal enterprise that may have used weapons against others. So "NO"

My wife did time in the Chinese army, we noted this in the first section, and NO for 16, the Chinese Army does not qualify as number 16, besides she never used a weapon in a threatening way the entire time in the army.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I disagree. We put YES for those and explained in the notes. I think putting NO is a lie... you clearly DID participate in a group where others used weapons or threatened to do so, even if you personally did not. It says "organization of any kind" and to me, if an army is not an organization, I don't know what is! There is another box where you can check NO if you did not personally use weapons against people.

If you were in the army, you put yes also for item 15. Read the question literally and answer. Good luck.

AOS for my husband

Harpa,

Should I attach here a military document as proof of end of service ? I hope not because this will take some time to get now. I hope I can file by beginning of next week.

My husband didn't need any such document so I would say no.
