Hi,

Anyone from CSC (california centre) who got I-130 approved and got NOA2 around Mid-Feb?

I have still not heart anything from NVC. Is that normal?

Usually, how long is the wait for i-130 approval and 1st letter from NVC to pay the fees?

I have still not heart anything from NVC. Is that normal?

Usually, how long is the wait for i-130 approval and 1st letter from NVC to pay the fees?

give them a call 603-334-0700 then press 5 call around 730 and 800 am when they are starting to work,

I think they open at 08:30 EST. When you call, ask for your nvc case number, individual identification number and beneficiary number if possible as you'll need them to log into this link..... NVC Login to pay your AOS and IV bills as well as download your bar coded cover sheets that are very highly recommended to use on the information you send in. Otherwise you'll face delays. You may actually get your case number by calling the Automated Voice recording at the above number and entering your USCIS case number. You can do this at any time, just can't talk to an operator unless business hours. Best of luck!!!

I always had the best of luck calling around 3 pm eastern time since most people are working across the US at that time. Never tried early morning since I was always super busy then.

I got my NOA2 approval on Feb. 17th. No NVC case number assigned yet...

Hello,

I received the NOA2 on Feb 26th . and I was assigned with a NVC case number on February 28th. I called couple of times after that to find out the IIN number to pay the fee but the agents saying it has not generated yet and I still need to wait.I don't know how long it will take usually or is there a way that I can speed up the process. Please let me know if you guys find any updates

My case was approved on Feb 03, 2011 and I received NVC case no. on March 04, 2011. Where is your case? IS it in NVC or USCIS? Did you get email saying that your case has been shipped to NVC? If not your case is still in NVC. You should email TSC regarding your case if not.

My step daughters petiton was approved middle of February also. I have called the NVC several times. Basically what they are saying everything is backed up and it could take 2 to 8 weeks before they manually enter her information into the system. The best advice they give is to call back weekly. This is all we can do at this point is to wait.
