I have NO idea what is happening with my application. I have NO idea at what stage I am at. If it was not for sudden arrival of biometrics notice or employment authorization card in the mail, I would be in complete darkness.

This is what I get when i try to check my status online:

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

I signed up for an account on the website. It is not letting me access it either. Some validation error.

What to do? I have been getting the same message online (case status) for the past 3 months. I have called USCIS office and I get the same answer, the IT has been backed up. For the past 3 months??!!

Does anyone have IT e-mail or contact info? Or any other suggestions?

Thanks so much!

Don't have any ideas for you....we are in the same situation....if it wasn't for me calling USCIS about every 3 weeks to find out where we are I would have no idea...and just FYI the first tier of customer agents neverrrrrrrrr have it in their system I have to request to be sent to the second tier....Urggghhhhhh :bonk:

I spoke to USCIS about the same issue about 3 weeks ago.

They're aware of it, they're fixing it but don't hold your breath as to when!! Apparently a tonne of people are in the same boat

We had the same problem. It took forever for the status of my husband's applications to come up, but one day they finally did. The funny thing is, he received his AP docs in Oct of last year, and USCIS website still says that its pending, lol. Just keep checking back with it and it'll hopefully update soon for you. Good luck!

Robin
