NVC help needed. Completely out of the loop

Need anyones help right now with NVC. I have been out of the loop for a while and at them moment am completely lost.

My wifes I-130 was aproved last August. We delayed NVC for 2 reasons. She was still finishing her Masters Degree and I am self employeed who always filed taxes under my corporation so I had to wait to begining of the year to file under myself for the I-864.

At the moment I have paid the I-864 fee and also the $404 visa fee. These were paid over month and a half ago.

I never received anything in the mail from NVC. So this is where we are.

Are we supose to print forms online?

What does my wife need to send in with the DS-230 etc....

You do not need to wait for NVC to send you anything; unless you want to delay processing of your case. Print the forms from the online links and send them in along with the barcoded cover sheet and required documentation. These links will give you an overview of the process. Good luck!
