Hello everyone!

I am new to the site, so far i have found it extremely helpful, I have a question that i dont see posted yet. I am currently a EAD holder just recieved my social on the mail yesterday, along with the interview appointment for my husband and I from the USCIS. We have been married for 3 years but just last fall he joined the Marines he is schedule to leave for bootcamp at the end this month and our interview is for 4/11. Does any know what i can do? will the USCIS reschedule our interview or do i have to go alone? i know i have to call them as soon as possible to let them know, but the appoint letter clearly states that if we do not show up the case will be denied.

You must get a copy of his orders, a letter from his commander and a letter from him stating why he cannot attend the interview. Attend the interview with all 3 of these.
