Weird 864 Issue

Ok so we are ready and sending AOS packet tomorrow.we just don't want to get an RFE.

So wife working in a restaurant. And latest income shows clearly that she's way over %125 line.

We don't want to send pay stubs because working in a restaurant you will know that not every paystubs shows the steady same income, if we do send paystubs would that be a problem would they see this as inconsistent?

Second problem/question is employment letter, getting is not a problem but they certainly can't write and say her salary is x dollar coz it's not a set income. Also they can't say x dollar is her monthly income, again not a set income.

She's been working there for 14 months now and like I said 2010 income is clearly well over poverty 125% level.

Would we receive any sort of RFE for any of this?

Current income is more important and needs to be shown along with the past income.

If she has an hourly wage then have her letter say she works x hours at xx wage, reported tips average xxx per month. She supplies all paystubs for the year to date so that if the CO wants to get a sense of what her earning are they can do some math.
