8 or 10 months,if all goes well.

i'm a nov filer at cali also ..nov 15th priority date and haven't heard anything either ..emailed them and now can finally see my case online..last touch march 2nd but pretty sure that was just them fixing the online site..:( I do see they are approving Oct so hopefully soon it will be us..good luck :thumbs:

Thanks, it is good to know when you are not alone in this journey. Where are you able to to see your case online? I go into the USCIS website and enter our case number and all I see is initial review.

Was wondering how long anyone else has waited for their I-130 to be approved? Ours has been at the California office since Nov 1, 2010.

Our priority date is Oct.25,2010 and I received my NOA1 last Nov. 1, 2010. We are still patiently waiting, HOPEFULLY soon esp for Oct. & Nov. filers, goodluck :)

We only filed in January so have a ways to go, but I am always curious when someone says that such ad such a center is approving October I-130 filers--where does that information come from??

Was wondering how long anyone else has waited for their I-130 to be approved? Ours has been at the California office since Nov 1, 2010.

I got my NOA1 on 2nd Nov 2010. Also its been touched on 11 Feb 2011. But after that nothing has been heard from USCIS. The average time for I-130 is 5 months. I hope I will listen something positive from them after I complete 5 months at USCIS. Good luck for all Nov filers as we are all close to complete 5 months.
