K-1 entrants do not need to include any proof of relationship in their I-485 package. Good luck.

Yep, you will take all of your evidence with you to the interview. Essentially, you proved your relationship as valid at the embassy in GUZ....now you will prove that you have merged your lives here with your new evidence. Good luck!

Oh, not that it is universally used, but I can tell you that our interviewer was VERY interested in seeing three things in our photos:

1. Photos of us with both families with backgrounds that indicated location.

2. Photos together at different places around our current home.

3. Photos with friends in different contexts, showing socialization.

I have read a lot of stories about folks who don't have many photos, and I can understand that many people are not "picture people," but my advice is to document everything you do from K1 arrival upto AOS interview day so that they won't question this aspect of your relationship.

Another thing that I think is important is during the interview, act like a couple. A lot of people "freeze" in their chairs with fear of a denial, when the whole point is to assess your LIFE TOGETHER. If you have all of your papers in order and seem distant and unrelated (by marriage, of course), they can still deny you or recommend a stokes interview. Just my thoughts, good luck!

I was thinking of doing the same thing, you can put your photos in a collage type if you want to send it, some people do that but you can take your photos to the interview.

YOU need to because YOU are filing an I-130 and are not a K1 applicant like the OP is. The OP has NO requirement to include photos. You should be reading this forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/130-adjustment-of-status-from-work-student-tourist-visas/ for people in your situation so you don't get confused and/or confuse others. K1 and what you're doing are different. YOU need to send proof of your relationship with the I-130, a K1 doesn't file an I-130.
