I am filling out form I-864 EZ to send to NVC and I came across the option to send via email.

What is the email Electronic Processing?

I called NVC and gave them mine and my mother's email and today I recieved an email to pay the IV fee, which I did. and printed the AOS Barcode sheet.

Does that mean I am signed up for the Email Electronic Processing or is there another step to it?

The webpage says I can email I-864 to NVC. Here's the link....

Sorry, but you're not eligible. Go here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_5165.html The table at the bottom lists the available countries for Electronic Processing and/or online forms. For Pakistan, you can only snail mail documents in.
