hello vj fam..i know i m bothering you all too much with my case....but i really need your help....we filed 129 and 130 and both approved and we are now processing our paper under CR1 visa..my husband filed separate G-325a for my daughter, we got married when she is 5 yrs. old and now she is 6 yrs. old..we put her name on all our papers including on the Affidavit of Support..Do my husband need to file another I-130 for her? my case is now on going how we can do make it possible that she go with me when my visa is ready? how to request to expedite it? thank you so much....
