wanted to get feedback on POE (point of entry) experiences good or bad. My choices will be along the west coast. I wanted to know if one might be better to have my wife come through in terms of them being helpful, nice, etc.

Also how was the airport in trying to locate where one has to go, etc.? I want to make this as easy on my wife as possible.

Thanks,

Joel
