Hi everyone,

I'm new in VJ but I'm really thankful for this site coz I'm learning a lot. I'm a bit confused right now, I arrived here in US, December 2010 via tourist or B2 visa. This is my second time in the US coz i have a multiple visa. I met my US citizen GF in a party of filipinos last Xmas and were planning to get married this month of March. My I-94 is valid until May 2011, so i am confused right now what i need to do after getting married. Do i need to go back to the Philippines and apply for K1 or can i just apply for AOS from non-immigrant to immigrant? My fiance is working too and shes here in US about 10 yrs already. I really wanted to stay here and be with her esp. that were both inlove with each other. I am hoping that you will be able to guide us in this matter coz I'm lost of what to do. My sincere thanks to those who will be able to share their experiences and ideas about this matter.

Ciao!

Reginald
