I did so many Searches but could not find what to do. My fiance returned the P3 information today. We are preparing evidences for the interview. We have emails, chat logs, phone bills and proof of my last trip to VN in February. Some people tell me that I should bring copies and not originals to the interview of evidence of bonafide relationship. Some people tell me no you must bring originals only. Which one is it: copies or originals?

For emails, chat logs and phone bills, I want to print them and then staple them for easy page viewing. For my trip to VN in February, I want to staple/glue the receipts, pictures, airplane boarding passes, etc to pieces of paper. Would this be good for us? Many thanks

Sent the I-129F petition to USCIS on Aug 20, 2010

I-129F Approved!!! Feb 7, 2011

Returned P3 to Consulate Mar 7, 2011

Interview Date May 20, 2011

Send good clear copies and keep all originals. Do not use staples.

Will wait so no problem. May be best to just ask the question of everyone though.whistling.gif

do not use staples? how come?

Staples will be hard to separate the sheets if need be and not tear the sheet wanted. Possible to tear the sheet in a way not wanted. Paper clip can be easily taken off and sheets taken apart and handed in or rifled for easy reading.

Okay. Sorry for the delays. I studied the I-134 a little more and I think I understand it more now. I was just a little confused about Item # 11. It ask about making contributions to the person listed on Item # 3. The person for # 3 is my fiance. I am just confused why the example form from VJ would say "N/A (k1 visa process for permanent residence). Aren't I suppose to make contributions to my fiance?

Don't over think it. If you want to put something on there go ahead but the examples are just that....examples. Personally I put NA myself even though I sent her some money a few times.
