Yes, Use your NOA2 Receipt Number and Call this number 1-603-334-0700 speak with an operator, They will ask you for your receipt Number, Beneficaries Name and date of birth, Petitioner's name and date of birth . You can ask if they have received your case and they will tell you if it's there or if they have sent it out to the embassy. I called 6 times in the 2 weeks they had our papers. They're very nice operator's. Good Luck To You :)

Yes, After the NVC tells you they have sent your case out to your Embassy (this takes about 4-5 days) You can call the Embassy to see if it has arrived.
