Russian roulette makes no sense to me, another very stupid thing to do, but I am not sure how one would go about it without a gun. Not much of a "will it/won't it" with common objects you might find around the home.

No, how would that work exactly? Surely it's a given that if you stab yourself with a knife it's going to hurt and you are going to bleed, I don't see where the 'will it/won't it' applies.

Is this the sort of thing you did as a kid? You would have had to have been incredibly young or particularly stupid not to know whereabouts you can 'safely' stab yourself and where it would result in serious injury, not to mention that it's a sure thing every time that it will hurt. Now, that doesn't strike me as any kind of equivelant to Russian Roulette where the point is that 1 out of 6 times nothing will happen, nothing, not one thing; which is not to say that such odds are great and doing it smart, but at least greater than not chance of nothing happening has a rationale, where stabbing yourself when 100% of the time it is going to result in actual harm has none, unless you are into masochism which is a whole other thing.

I didn't miss anything important in your post - your post lacks importance period - it doesn't make much sense either. That someone would go to these lengths to attempt to persuade that there is any form of similarity between playing (not a very appropriate word to use in my opinion but never mind) Russian Roulette and stabbing yourself with a knife boggles the mind quite frankly.

There are different versions of this stupid game. They involve variations of knives tossed or dropped in the close vicinity of various body parts, hoping they come close but don't cause injury. Less potential lethality but still incredibly stupid!
