I'm confused, your timeline indicates that you went through AOS last year and it was approved.

Hello,

we are about to send in the perm res app for my wifes son but the 90 day k2 visa expired on Jan 25. Will this be a problem? Should we consider another route?

Is he under 21..? he must adjust status prior to his turns 21.
