If you spend a majority of the year where you are going to school, shouldn't you vote there?

Especially if you are going to school across the country, returning to your home district is not always convenient.

We had a local highschool have a vote on a large budget.The people who wanted it to pass worked hard to get the college students to vote on this matter. What you had was people who will never pay a dime deciding on passing a budget that the locals will pay for 20 years into the future.

For Presidential elections it shouldn't matter where you are. Other elections, you should ned to be in your home district of where you consider your perm. residence to be.

Though I don't think young punks should be allowed to vote period. Most of them just vote whatever their friend is voting...

As if we still live in an agrarian society with an entrenched feudal system.

BTW plenty of people who don't own property pay taxes and have "skin in the game".
