wife is sponsoring me it's just me and her

I can use EZ form right?

and 2010, 2009 and 2008 all incomes are supposed to meet the poverty guidelines?

coz 2010 and 2008 meets 2009 fails on that, would that be a problem

also we have the IRS transcripts for all these years, do we still have to send the W2s?

Yes can use I-864EZ if:

  • No Joint Sponsor
  • And One immigrant
  • And No assets being used

Just most recent tax year should be above 125%

Use either a copy of a complete return (1040/W2/1099) OR Transcript. If using transcript you do not need to attach W2 or 1099, this is documented in the transcript.

Attach copies of past 6 months pay stubs, and an employer letter.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
