K-1 Example forms.

I used the examples back in October 2010. I haven't received my NOA2 yet, but I'm thinking that if you follow the examples and triple check everything you should be good. Just make sure to check all of your forms! When I thought everything was perfect I went back through and saw something I had missed. Good luck!

Im in the process of filing, which address do I include for the letters of intent and cover letter for USCIS. The lock box facility in which I am sending the packet?

Yes. You should address everything to the USCIS Dallas lockbox facility listed on the I-129F instructions page
