I'm from Canada, which I assume is pretty low-fraud, so I want to think that the proof of meeting we're including is enough. We chose the time my boyfriend came from the US to visit me, since his passport was stamped upon entering Canada (seems like the best proof). However, we don't have boarding passes. What we have is:

-flight confirmation/itinerary from Delta, printed from his email

-hotel reservation confirmation, printed from his email

-transaction history from his bank account online, showing purchases with an ISA (international charge)

-passport stamp

-photos

Should this be enough? I get that a flight confirmation isn't proof that you did in fact FLY, but with the passport stamp, should it prove itself?

That is definitely enough. No boarding passes usually aren't an issue as long as you have passport stamps to back it up, which you do.

The passport stamps are the definitive proof that he entered Canada. As many will tell you, the flight itineraries alone are not enough and even boarding passes don't insure that the person entered the country. Hotel receipts are also proof that he was there (reservations and confirmations are not proof by themselves). Bank statements showing atm withdrawls in the foreign country are pretty good evidence that he was actually there also. The next piece of the puzzle is proving that you actually met and spent time together which is where the pictures come in to play. Sounds like you should have it covered with what you listed.
