Hello guys,

I did submitt our AOS form to the chicago mail box and i got reciept notices with case no starting with MSC XXXXXX

I have not heard anything from them since May. I did get some touches in early part of August but nothing yet.

Does anyone have the phone number so i can call them and ask about our case.

For God's sake, cases are being transfered to CSC and getting approved without interviews.

Pls help.

You can't call them.

They will send the case either to the CSC or to your local District or Sub office.

it is kinda frustrating when you see almost everybody AOS submitted at the same get xfrd and yours does not . Thanks for the update. Do i get notification that it has been mailed to the DO if it is going there or CSC?

You will get a notice to appear for an interview if the case goes to the District or Sub office.

If it makes you feel better:

I already filed mid-March, got some obscure e-mail about my case being transfered (to wherever....but apparently not to the CSC, I suspect it was to the local office) and nothing since except for a couple of touches.

So it's not everybody else who's getting to go the "fast route" to the Green Card

But I do understand your feelings....I have stopped reading the CSC transfer thread because - even though I am happy for everyone who gets approved quickly - it made me feel so bad about my own case
