My Fiance is a Filipino that has been working in Singpore for the past five years. Because she has been living there that is where the NVC sent her package for her interview. But by the time her interview is to take place she will have finished her Singapore work contract and will be back home in the Philippines where she needs to get her NBI, Cenomar, and police clearance. Our question is what are the steps to change the location of the interview to Manila?

Thanks for your help

Email the Singapore Embassy and tell them the same.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
