:dance::dance: On our way to London baby!!! :dance::dance:

I made my husband call the NVC just now as I saw it was usual for them to only take about a week for London cases. He just called and they sent it yesterday! Were so excited as it really feels close now.

I know the next step is packet 3.....can i fill any of these forms out before they send it to me to save some time?

I-130 Process

NOA2 Approval recieved in the mail - 08/09/06

I-129F Process - With new form!

NOA2 arrived in mail - 08/26/06

NVC For I-129F

Arrived at NVC and Case # assigned - 08/28/06

Case Sent to London - 08/31/06

Packet 3 arrived - 09/13/06

Packet 3 Sent - 09-14-06

Medical - 09-21-06

Recieved Police Certificate - 10-03-06 (Took 34 days)

Packet 4 arrived - 10-04-06

INTERVIEW - 10-18-06 -APPROVED!

POE - Boston - 10-25-06

AOS Process

Sent AOS - 01/09/07

NOA arrived in the mail - 01/22/07

Biometrics Appointment - 02/02/07

Recieved EAD card - 04/02/07

Applied for SSN - 04/06/07

Recieved SSN - 04/16/07

AOS Interview - 06/06/07 - APPROVED

Greencard recieved - 06/22/07

Petition to remove conditions

Sent I-751 package - 03/13/09

OOOOOOOO that so gives me hope because we got our approval only a few days after you. Isn't it all so exciting???? OMGOSH...I can't contain myself. Wouldn't it be lovely if Ian had the same interview date??? OOOOOO...we should so meet up lol..Here's keeping our fingers crossed!!

That would be a trip if it was the same day! We will definatly have to meet up. Did you call and see if they have your case yet?

They assigned our case number the same day, Chris was told it would take 2-4 weeks till they sent it to London. I made him called back again today as i knew the trend was within a week and it was sent yesterday, so you guys should be right behind us!

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

1/6/07 - leaving for USA

1/20/07 - Wedding Date

1/20/07 - MARRIED!!!!!

2/10/07 - rec'd certified copy of marriage license

3/20/07 - Rec'd Social Security Card

3/21/07 - Checks Cashed and Case Status online

3/24/07 - NOA1 Rec'd for AOS and EAD

3/27/07 - rec'd Biometrics appt letter - scheduled for 4/20/07 @ 11:00am

4/02/07 - "touched"

4/20/07 - had biometrics appt.

4/21/07 - rec'd letter stating case was transferred to CSC

5/22/07 - rec'd Case Pending at CSC email

whoohoo congratulations!! Laura give me a call to let me know when you are booking the medical so I can ring straight after you to book mine the same day.

You can track the file has been received by London - there was a whole thread on that but i cant seem to find the thread but i made a note of what was in the thread:

YEY! Congrats Laura......yup get on to DHL and you can find it. I could only find London when i entered correspondence, so if you cant find it straight away dont worry!

The really cool thing is both of the packets that were sent to London on Thursday are already there!!!!!!!

Hopefully that means by next weekend we will have packet 3! :D

OOOOOO ONE CAN ONLY HOPE EH???? Do you know if the USC gets anything to fill out or no??? THis bit is so confusing to me lol. I hope that the answer to that is no seeing as to how I am with Ian in the UK....that would just suck if once AGAIN I had to wait to get it as my gf from home forwards it grrrrrrrrrr...lol.

As to you Lina.....I will call on Tuesday as I have off to see if I can make the appointment now that I have the case number. Keep your fingers crossed that that will do. I was told that we had to wait until we had packet 3. I would hate to make the appointment and not have packet 3 yet when it came time for the interview..

Well lara im not sure if K3 couples get the pack 3 or not. If so in the pack 3 all the USC had to fill out was the affidavite of support and get all the relevant docs to the UKC for their interview, but as i saiod i dont know if it is different for your route. OK girly call me after you speak to them on tuesday morning - i will set my alarm so i get up at 9am lol
