People have told you numerous times that wait times were bad under Bush as well (perhaps not for YOU), yet you continue to blame Obama. Fascinating.

I have numerous timelines, from USCIS and here which clearly show that NOA2s were flowing out at 1-4 months per, with small hiccups around 5-6 months (rarely) from 2000 to 2008.

Obama did nothing but screw up this system even more by appointing the 'feel goody good' people like Hillary and Naploitano in their positions. They are the ones who put priorities in the USCIS such as the TPS debacle that is still causing the VSC problem.

My mother did a little searching on the net and came up with a phone number, address and director for the Vermont Disservice Center. All of this info could be VERY inaccurate - be forewarned - but if anyone wants to try, here you go: Paul Novak, director, address and phone: 70 Kimball Ave, South Burlington, VT (802) 660-1116. I have to get to work now, but let me know if anyone decides to try.... GOOD LUCK!

Oh my GOODNESS!!! It's totally the human resources department for the VSC!!! I just called, we should totally organize a call time for this! Everyone call!!! Let's let them hear it!:devil:

09/21/10 - I-129F Sent!

09/23/10 - I-129F Received in Dallas, TX

09/28/10 - Text & E-mail NOA1 (It was at 12:44AM, weird) Notification that our case was transferred to VSC.

09/29/10 - Check cashed

09/30/10 - NOA-1 Hard Copy dated Sep. 27, 2010

10/03/10 - TOUCH!

After numerous calls to USCIS, my two Texas Senators and a Congressman, the latter got an "expedite" put through (if you can call a month and a week after ONPT an expedite). Just never let up! Even though mine took way too long, there were people who were a month before me and waited longer because they just sat back and watched. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease!"

03/31/11 - NOA-2!

04/05/11 - Received NOA-2 hard copy.

04/07/11 - NVC Received

04/12/11 - Case left NVC via DHL

04/14/11 - Consulate Received Hard Copy of Case

Update:

They must have realized that this number has been leaked. Very interesting though. They must have this happen once in a while, from the sound of it, it has happened before. Too bad, keep searching for a live one!
