Can my sister in law be my sponsor instead of my husband? coz she makes more money than my husband....what form she need to fill it up? please help me...thank you

your sister can only be the co/joint sponsor using the form I864 or if if she lives with you the contract between household member form I864A. He has to fill out out I864 even if his income is $0 or other. others may come to clarify

you are welcome. and No. if he is using his Tax return he will need the W2s that were used to file the return. The tax transcript just decrease the amount of papers to deal with.
