I was just wondering if they ask questions about the joint sponsor at the interview? Like their relationship to the petitioner? where they live? work history etc etc? If anyone who has experience with this please reply. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I don't if this is true in all cases, but for AOS they asked the relationship between the sponsor and joint sponsor.

Dont be surprised if they do ask about the co-sponsor. HCMC can be very thorough.. They are known to ask questions about the color of underwear or side of bed to sleep... what do your friends do for a living... nothing is out of the question...

I am tending to agree with Scott. It may not be "normal" but always remember that the CO can basically ask anything they wish. Is there anything in particular that is bothering you about them asking or is it just generically asking?

Nothing particular. It's just I haven't seen any questions asked about co/joint sponsors so I decided to post this topic. Our co-sponsor is my paternal uncle so I'm not really bothered by it. I'm just trying to get everything ready for my wife's interview. Hopefully they will have our interview date soon :unsure:. Our case was completed on Valentine's Day so I'm hoping end of April beginning of May.
