Sarah is, as most the time, uninformed and is missing out on the facts. Recall them? Sure. Good luck with that seeing that the people of Wisconsin are more supportive of the Democrats than of Hosni Walker and his gang. Of course, the Wisconsin Republicans know this. They also know that some of their own Senators might face a recall effort which appears to have a better chance of success than any effort the other way around. Oh well, we shouldn't expect too much of this entertainer.

Sarah knows the Republicans did not filibuster health care. Facts? Good luck with that as Democrats just change the facts and history and do not take responsibility or do the job they are elected to do. We shouldn't expect much from people that flee the state to avcid their job.

So the DEMs could AVOID a filibuster that WOULD have occurred IF they had sent it back to the Senate. They had lost Kennedy's seat in the meantime and returning it to the Senate would have given the opportunity to the Repubs for a filibuster, at least mathmatically. Though I suspect a RINO Senator or two may have cracked anyway if it had occured.

As pointed out in the other thread, the PPACA was filibustered. The filibuster was overcome with a 60 vote majority on 21 Dec 2009. The record is clear.

Gary, it could have been filibustered in the mind of Democrats, so that is enough. Democrats believe how you think, is as evil as what you do, when you don't think how they want you to think. Be careful, Gary, or you just might be accused of some heinous thought crime.
