hi everyone,

i have a question regarding total household income in I-864

my husband overlimit the 125% poverty and i am willing to use his income. the question is the 24c total household income. I am F1 visa and i was ablie to work last year through my school (opt training), so now thatwe are married, do we still need to put the total salary of his and mine in the TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME or we just put his total income?

your answers are much appreciated. thank you.

It's best to start a new thread for your question, because this one is very old and it gets confusing. :)

If your husband qualifies on his own, then no need to add your income too. You have to read that form carefully- there are boxes to include things, but if it doesn't apply to you, then there is no need to fill out those parts. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
