hi guys... this is my first topic here....

just curious... to those who filed for K1 last october 2010 preferably on the first week... did you already received your NOA2????

i filed my K1 papers on the first week of october... got my NOA2 on Oct 4 and since february been updating my status at the uscis website... its already march 5 and is still in initial review... :)

09/10 - Wedding

09/31/10:came back to states.

10/25/10: I-130 package mailed.

11/10/10: NOA1 recieved(I130)

11/16/10: Touched.

11/18/10: I129F package mailed.

12/02/10: NOA1 recieved(I129F)

12/31/10:Touched.

I filed a week after you, and I'm still waiting to hear also. I think I'll give 'em 3 - 4 weeks more, then I'll start to get worried ... though I shouldn't ..... but at least worrying is doing SOMEthing lol. Hang in there!

I filed the week after you did, and I'm too still waiting. I think we're okay - no need to panic just yet! (I'm planning to wait about 4 more weeks before I go into full panic mode lol) But seriously, I think we're okay for awhile ...

I could be wrong, but I think there is only one from the first week of October so far. You'll probably get yours by the end of March.

09/15/10 - received and signed

09/20/10 - Touched

09/23/10 - NOA1 via mail dated 09/15

10/03/10 - Touched

03/24/11 - NOA2!!! email/text on 03/29 (after 190 days)

03/29/11 - NVC received

03/31/11 - NOA2 hardcopy in mail

04/05/11 - MOS # assigned

04/12/11 - NVC left

04/15/11 - Consulate received

06/02/11 - Medical

06/03/11 - Interview (after 261 days) Approved !

06/09/11 - Visa in hand

06/10/11 - POE @ JFK

08/19/11 - Married <3 <3 <3

09/01/11 - AOS sent

09/06/11 - NOA1 for AOS packet

10/03/11 - Biometrics

I got my NOA1 on the 1st of oct and nothing yet, we called and they told us wait 30 more days and then call us back :angry: just hang in there, so fare only ppl from the beggining of sept are getting some answer, so we still have a long wait :wacko:

Same here dude!Noa1 was dated october 6,we will be approve soon :dance: Just dont know when :bonk: lol

K1 Timeline

October 6 2010--NOA1

March 7 2011----NOA2

March 14 2011---Visa fee Paid @ BPI

March 15 2011---NVC sent our case to Usem(Manila)

March 16 2011---Medical exam (passed!whooo!)Thank you God!

March 17 2011---Vaccination done

March 22 2011---Scheduled Interview(april 28 2011),Usem just uploaded our case(i think)

March 23 2011---Rescheduled Interview(April 13,2011),after many trials online scheduling,with the help of guy agent from Usem call center,he changed my password online.

April 13,2011---Interview(plsss God Guide us...!^_^)

We filed around that time and we are STILL waiting :angry:

My man is now saying let's forget this and I move to his country instead. I told him I did not come into this, get close to the finish line and give up, so he needs to hang in there with me.

01-07-2009- Met thru a friend online

05-25-2010- Our first meeting in Dakar, Senegal

06-01-2010- Proposal...

10-01-2010- Sent I-129f to TX

10-06-2010- Text & Email K-1 Rec'd by Texas Office (forward K-1 to VSC)

10-08-2010- BOA check cleared

10-12-2010- Rec'd NOA 1 (hardcopy) by Postal Service

10-14-2010- "Touched"

03-07-2011- 5 month mark/called USCIS for SRMT/told to callback 30 days later

03-07-2011- Emailed Senator Nelson

03-15-2011- Rec'd email from Senator/Release of Record Request

03-28-2011- Letter from Senator to give them 30-45 days to find out something

04-06-2011- 30 days expired/was told to give 25 more days

04-12-2011- Put in an Expedite Request "ONPT"

04-14-2011- Rec'd Email Notice of APPROVAL NOA2

04-25-2011- NVC rec'd case, NEW Case number given

04-26-2011- Senator sends me a letter "They found I am APPROVED" (no kidding)

04-28-2011- Package left the NVC heading to Dakar, Senegal

05-02-2011- Package Rec'd at Consulate

05-03-2011- Set Medical Exam and Interview Dates

05-09-2011- Medical Exam Completed and picked up

05-12-2011- INTERVIEW!
