I applied for my mother's petition Jan 16 2011, we received the approval e-mail that it was approved on Feb 14, 2011, we just received a mail from NVC about the AOS fee and the form 3032..Now i see that some people email the form back to NVC..is this true? can you e-mail that form? My mother is already in the Philippines right now, she was here a couple of months ago, i sent her the form to be filled out by her but it will take like a week using FEDEX to sent it to NVC in NH...

Can anyone lighten me up on this DS 3032 issue? I am going to send all the documents on MOnday for the Affidavit of Support.
