Not approved yet need to renew work permit

We filed for AOS in June of last year (2010) and there was no fee for my

work visa which expires in August. I have checked around to find out any

information on renewal from AOS and have found nothing.

I will call on Monday to ask USCIS, but was hoping to hear if anyone here

went through the same?

So, assuming the OP applied after 2007, it should be free, like the first one. Attach a copy of your NOA1 and I-485 paperwork. Good luck.
