Oh i have a question, since you already received a visa for k-3. Why did you decide to apply for i-130??? I thought theyre kind of similar.

I did and he made a whole big issue about "trust" and how I should trust him and his words. Am I being unreasonable??

I honestly dont think you are being unreasonable because he has to give you reasons to trust him, IMO going for a meal just the two of them when he doesnt even know her that well- is not going to gain your trust, because its suspicious IMHO.

Im not the most trusting person and neither is my husband but this long distance thing has worked for us because we both know and accept each others boundaries. I dont hang out with guys and he doesnt hand out with girls that i dont know of out of respect for each other. Also, he gives me know reason not to trust him, if he went out for a meal with a girl he didnt know that well- thats giving me a reason. So if he respects your feelings he shouldnt be doing that imo, its harder when you are long distance.

We actually did the K1 we weren't married at the time. We went through the process got approved, he came here but his mom became pretty ill and we made a decision that he should go back (we hadn't had our wedding yet) and take care of things because god for bid something happen to her he wouldn't forgive himself or me for that matter for not having gone and sorting it out. So he came back in October, we got married, he stayed until January and then we started this process. It sucks to be apart again but in the overall scheme of things it's not anything we can't handle. I'll be glad to be finished and all that. Right now I'm just focused on our holiday in a couple wks. I've been looking forward to it since he left so it will be nice to go out and be a real couple instead of talking over the computer lol. We can actually have a date!

I find the best thing for waiting is to actually stay away from this site and only check it say once a week. Because if your on it all the time the waiting will drive you mad coz theres reminders everywhere. I already had to wait 3 months for nothing. I find time goes much quicker if you just dont think about it and get on with what you have to do.

Nothing but I'm getting really anxious Seeing 2 February filers approved already gives me hope that maybe next month will be our month!!! I need my honey!!! I'm going to visit him on the 11 or 12 of June and cant wait! Would be nice to have a NOA2 Approved before I go! It will be my 100th day mark on the 12!! So just praying that CSC picks up its speed

Hey, I want to ask a question. As you can see from the bottom it ask for a police certificate - is that for both or just the one going for the interview??

divorce decrees would be for both. I would probably have an adoption record if either of you have one. But generally speaking yes...most of it is for the beneficiary to have.

I just figured I'd chime in on this thread. My wife and I are waiting on the I-130 NOA2. Our NOA1 date was March 9th, 2011, and we were routed to the CSC, so I'm hopeful that we may be getting a NOA2 in late June or early July.

We'll see...no touches since 3/14/2011, but I guess we have to be patient!

OK guys we have February filers getting approvals!!! Latest priority date I have seen so far was from Feb 11. Getting closer!!!
