Patience is not a virtue I possess!!! Some days are just worst than others.... Its like I cant stay away from the USCIS site or this one. And now there are a few posts out there of members that are receiving there NOA2 hard copies in the mail without getting a text or an email first! Great! Now I'm probably gonna start harassing the mailman too!!!! LOL!!!!

Hey guys, I know this is not the right place to talk about this but since we are all doing this immigration paper and that our other half is in another state. I thought we might have the same experience or something. So since I've started this journey of immigration, I've been up and downs with my emotions. I feel like Im the one putting all these efforts into this and that he doesnt even care. I also feel that he's not giving me enough attention? Am I asking too much from him? He comes home and would just go play games and I wake up early just so I can spend some time with him but I just sit there and stare into spare while he's doing his own stuff. And also do you think is normal for him to go out eat dinner with just him and a girl from work? Even though he told me nothing is going on. They usually go eat lunch every saturday when they have work. He told me he hardly talk to her since they have to sit in their own cubicle and they cant talk. So I dont know why he would want to go out and eat dinner with her if they dont even know each other that much?? Should I be more considerate about it??

Sorry to vent here. I dont know where else to do it. I want some suggestions if possible.

I would say if that's something that makes you uncomfortable then you should tell him that. I would hope that being his wife, he would have the courtesy to stop going for a bite to eat if you tell him it bothers you.

Well I don't think so. I trust my husband and I don't worry about him doing things he shouldnt be doing however I wouldn't be one bit thrilled with him going for lunch with a gal he worked with and to be fair he wouldn't be happy with me doing it either. Every relationship is different and if it were me I would put it like this...we are thousands of miles apart, I'm feeling a little emotional/stressed whatever because of being apart. I would REALLY appreciate if you not go to lunch with so and so and then put it back on him...I would say well since it's ok for you is it ok for me if I go to lunch with "ted" I doubt he would want you going to lunch with another fella.

Well I guess for me I've been married before and things with my husband now are 100% different than it was before with anyone. We met while I was on vacation...so we've always been apart. Out of the 2 of us I would be the one who would be more likely to go out for a night out. He is content staying in and playing xbox and to be fair if that's the worst thing he does I'm ok with that lol. We don't really argue just because it's not worth it to us. I'm not sure how old you are but for us I think we are both at an age where we've had our fun of being single or going out and all that and we are perfectly content to just wait it out. It's been a tough road don't get me wrong. A year ago this week John had to go back after we spent all that time doing the K1 and to be honest I was VERY upset. But it was a decision we both made and for us even though it sucks everyday being apart we know that soon all this will be done and we'll have our life that we've waited so patiently to have.

I think that everyone can get insecure and worry about things there's no reason to worry about. The distance doesn't make things easier because you don't really know what the other is doing when they aren't talking to you but ya know what...it's like that even when you ARE together. Unless you have solid reasoning for thinking he's cheating I would try not to think about it because it may just be your mind screwing with you. When's the last time you were together.

We actually met from a gam in 2007 but we were friends back then and then we got closer during 2008 and started the online relationship early 2009. At first everything was rainbow and butterflies,the "honeymoon" period it actually lasted very long till end of 2010? I'm the one that usually go out and stuff with my friends and he would wait for me to come home everyday from school, work and outing.He started working when I came to visit him on 20th of nov 2010 and since I return home, I feel like we wont have much time to spend with each others due to him working and me with school and work. So i try to make the most of it.

If he were to play xbox,ps3, wii etc I wouldnt mind. But he's playing this online game and that he would be chatting to people. He always want to go out now and have his fun. Well I'm sorry you are in the situation you are in and doubting things. Ultimately you have to make the right decision for you and determine if you want to move here and be with him. It's hard not to be emotional but try looking at it like if a friend of you were telling you the same thing you are telling us here about themselves...what honest advice would you give? You both need to be able to have a conversation about what each of you is feeling. I come from a background that we were taught to be strong women and if there is a problem you have to speak up about it. You can't control his reaction or response you can only control yours. I think you just really need to have a sit down and both of you need to listen without interuption to the other and see what you come up with. I think spending time apart can mess with your head and you don't want to make a bad choice because of insecurities.

Hey, First i know how you feel about the effort, my husband is too laid back and wasnt really making the effort with these forms- he sent them and they got lost, also i asked him to call them etc and he didnt. He never has to do anything responsible like this . But i love him none the less. Luckily im the opposite, so as long ill do it and its cool.

I think if it makes you uncomfortable him doing this (as would it with me) you should tell him. I would not let my husband go for a meal with another girl, unless it was just a quick lunch for a sub, no way, but thats me. No i dont think you need be more considerate, what your feeling is normal.

ahhhh it's alright. I think at one time or another everyone has a bit of a "#######" moment. You are entitled. We are human therefor not perfect
