still waiting to get noa2. they requested another copy of our marriage certificate and some more passport photos. sent us an email saying they got it said we would get a response within 60 days approving or denying.I hope it's soon i miss watching our son play with his dad.

Just got notice via email and text that as of 7/29/11 my NOA2 is on its way in the mail! :dance::dance::dance:

Only took 9 days for the approval after USCIS received my RFE response :D

March 2010-We met

3/24/10-4/3/10 Mark's first visit to the US

6/8/10-6/29/10 Mark's second visit to the US

June 2010 We got engaged!

10/6/10-10/16/10 Mark's Third trip to US and our wedding

12/23/10-1/21/10 Mark's fourth trip to US

3/18/11-3/30/11 My first trip to the UK

5/18/11-5/26/11 Mark makes his 5th trip to the US

7/26/11-8/13/11 My hubby is coming out to see me again!! 6th Trip

9/27/11-10/15/11 7th trip to the US for my husband

3/8/11 - Sent I-130 Application

3/9/11 - USCIS received application

09/20/2011- Service Request

09/28/2011- Service Request Reply(extensive background check,allow 6 months...blah-blah..)

10/07/2011- RFE(4 pages)

11/15/2011- RFE reply sent back to USCIS

12/05/2011- reply for RFE showed up in the system (took them 20 days to locate and input in the system...lucky us...)

01/11/2012- NOA2(urrrrraaaaa!!!!)

01/23/2012-case received(took 12 days...waiting for the case #)

01/27/2012-case # received(but wrong Embassy assigned...has to change)

02/01/2012-invoices are e-mailed to both of us by NVC

02/07/2012-invoices are paid(had to wait due to the wrong assignment of the embassy )

02/14/2012-both packgs are sent in

02/29/2012-checklist for a missing copy of passport(not missing in reality,but either wait 20 days for a review or send it in again,so we sent it in...)

03/09/2012-case complete( could have taken less ,but well..who cares it is complete now!!!)

Hi,guys!Happy to hear most of us are getting approved.We`re March filers,still nothing...Called USCIS few weeks ago,talked to Tier 2,still under review...So,when should we call again and make a service request?We are at 5 months without two weeks now...Really upsetting...wonder if everything`s OK with our petition...

03/25/2005- got married

03/25/2011- I-130 sent in

03/26/2011- NOA-1

09/20/2011- Service Request

I would recommend calling again and ask to speak directly to a Tier 2 as you previously did...twice or three times a week.

When I started seeing March filers get approved in June (close to my WAC #), I kept calling USCIS and finally was informed on 06/23 that petition was approved on 06/20. To this day, USCIS website still reads "Initial Review" when I enter my WAC #.

:blush: We did it! My wife passed her interview in Tokyo today!

I know that that will make some of you jealous. I have explained before that we got really lucky to be expedited due to the tsunami in Japan though my wife was never in danger.

Nevertheless, we deserve this for all our hard work like all of you will deserve it when you get yours.

I am rooting for all of you! Please let me know if I can assist in any way. I feel like an old pro at everything and surely can answer pretty much all your questions!
