If you don't hear it by the end of the week I would probably talk to a rep just to make sure it's not there and that the automated system is correct. I have a hard time trusting machines so I would once a wk during the past month spk with an actual rep just to verify that they really DIDNT have it.

Praise the Lord - we got our NVC Case number and IIN yesterday (NOA2 date 6/21). It was entered on 7/21. Thanks to all for your encouragement and support.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS

Praise the Lord - we got our NVC Case number and IIN yesterday (NOA2 date 6/21). It was entered on 7/21. Thanks to all for your encouragement and support.

Congrats for finally having your NVC #. I guess, we will have a month to wait for ours. We'll continue to be proactive by calling every week. :)

so my lawyer just informed me that they have received instructions from NVC to pay the fees. has anyone paid already?

History:

Husband and I were childhood friends (neighbors)

left the philippines when I was 6yrs old

Came back to the Philippines 2004 which we hanged out

1 year of courtship

2005 we became official

2006 went back to philippines for vacation

2010 went home to the Philippines March-September

March 4, 2011- Paralegal Mailed documents Chicago

March 8, 2011- Was received in Chicago

Priority Date- March 8, 2011

March 14, 2011- TOUCHED (according to uscis.gov)

June 15, 2011 - NOA2 (notification on 6/15, received hardcopy on 6/17)

Your NOA2 was June 16 so that sounds about right if your Lawyer has been on the ball...

Have you received your AOS bill? And have you heard back from NVC after you emailed DS3032?

Have you received your AOS bill? And have you heard back from NVC after you emailed DS3032?

Nothing as of yet other than an auto-reply for the DS3032.. I was not really expecting anything for a few more days but seeing your AOS bill come through has me checking the online payment system again :)

Well I still haven't received any emails to pay the bills. I've tried logging on and it's still showing as sign in failed. I called and spoke to a rep this morning and he said he would send a request to have the bills sent out...we'll see how long that takes. Bit of a pisser really I thought this bit was going to be faster lol.
