Glad to hear some of us are getting NVC case numbers! Yay!

Still don't have mine and last night, I e-mailed nvcresearch@state.gov with scanned NO2A (as instructed by NVC rep). Today I called and spoke to a rep and no records found still. *sigh*

Slowly...but surely...we'll get there.

I got my case number this morning and spoke to an operator to get the IIN. I find it strange that people talk about how rude the people are there when they speak to them because everyone I speak to is always nice lol. We were laughing this morning. Anyway she told me that now that she had both the emails we would receive the billing notices that way. I'm going to have john send the the email to show me as the agent. Then I guess wait for the bills to come. One step closer!

We sent the email last night for choice of agent so hopefully within a couple days we'll hear something back saying they accepted it. I'll keep you guys posted as to how long it takes.

Finally!!!! Called NVC a few minutes ago...got our case number!!!! Exactly 1 month from NOA2.

For those of you who have received your NVC number and have given your email to the rep have you received an email yet? I gave them my email on Tuesday...no email and can't sign in to pay any bills. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

Hi Everyone,

I'm sorry people are having problems getting their NVC numbers.

As you may recall from my last post, my wife and I are lucky to have cleared USCIS a lot quicker than most of you. We just cleared all of the NVC processes as well. My wife finally got her appointment to interview in Tokyo this week!

Anyway, I said this before but once you all get NVC #'s, let me know what questions you have about paperwork there.

1.) I have my NVC case number and IIN - do I wait until an email is generated to my beneficiary for DS 3032 (choice of agent form) before I can pay $404.00 and $88.00? I've tried logging on to the NVC payment portal and entered my case number and IIN, it doesn't allow me to do anything at this point.

2.) Did you email ALL the documents to NVC (I-864 including tax transcripts, W2, etc & DS-3032, NBI clearance, marriage cert)?

When you log it does it show you that there is nothing to pay? I had that the first day but now I get sign in failure.. I assumed it was because they had locked me out to update after sending the DS-3032 but it has been a full day now.. Still getting the sign in failure

I actually called and talked to a rep because I'm having the same issue...sign in failed. She told me it's because the bills havent generated yet. She said it shouldn't be long before they are available to pay. We sent the DS-3032 email as well and haven't gotten anything besides the auto response so I guess we are all still waiting.

I had the same question, so I have tried to put my timeline with my signature. Let's see if it works!

Thanks for the updates! I'll keep checking next week. The rep I spoke with initially did mention to wait 2 to 3 weeks. I guess she was referring to the bills being generated.
