thanks! I know they are not overly useful but it is keeping me entertained :) All the approvals for today came through a couple of hours ago.. I was disappointed with the amount. - The RFEs this morning were double the number I was seeing last week and the approvals instead of being double were half what I was expecting! fully 50% of the I-130's I was monitoring today that had updates were RFEs..

Having said that I can see we already have a march 23rd filer approved in the group today so congrats! Hopefully a few more also received good news!

Wow! I'm hoping they'll have an abundance of approvals before July 4th  much grander celebration

And I noticed my timeline has moved yet again...your I130 may be adjudicated between June 29, 2011 and July 12, 2011

There were no RFEs this morning.. I was a bit worried that we were going to have one of those days with no approvals.. Lo and behold 15 minutes ago the RFEs came through (sorry if you just received an RFE). Every time I think I see any type of pattern the USCIS does something different! They are so hard to peg! :)

Well, the WAC # right after mine states

You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

I've seen a few of the NBC ones.. I have no idea what they are... What does that mean? I assumed they were non I-130s...

... and they have done the two before mine (last week) and one just a couple up from mine (also last week but a different day). They must have a lot of fun devising ways to toy with us!

The next WAC # after the one above...was an I130 and still under initial review. However, right after this one, is also an I-130 and was approved 06/10/11. And 4 more WAC numbers later, item was sent to NBC on 06/21/11. The ones in between are still under initial review.

Of the people that have been approved has anyone started to call NVC to get your case number there along with the IIN, give emails and whatnot? I think I'll try to call tomorrow. It will have been a week since it was approved so I'm thinking I will go ahead and start the stalking process :)

Just found out I was approved! The USCIS website still says initial review and when I called the automated message it still says initial review.. The Tier 1 rep inisisted it was in initial review and gave me the "wait five month" spiel.. But when I talked to a Tier 2 rep I was told it was approved last Friday (the 17th) and that a hard copy was mailed on Monday!

NVC here I come!

I just did it. as soon as they ask you how they can help, ask to speak to a tier 2 immigration officer. They will still try to help you, but at least they told me that would transfer. Once they did and I spoke to an officer, I found out that there was an RFE supposedly sent to me on 6/13 (I havent received it). It pays to call...
