03/16/11 - Package delivered - signed by S. BUSH 9:17AM

03/18/11 - NOA1 (Priority Date 03/16/11) - Rec'd Email & text msg 9:15pm CT/CSC

03/21/11 - Able to view case status on USCIS.gov

03/22/11 - $420.00 check cleared bank

03/24/11 - Rec'd NOA1 via regular mail

06/23/11 - called USCIS- petition approved as of 06/20/11! Rec'd NOA2 hardcopy 06/23/11

haha! Congrats you two! Linney, mine was the pretty much the same way!

I was like "Meh, I'll check the USCIS site today before I go to work today, just to see. This'll be pointless as I didn't get an email or text on my phone yet. Maybe I'll see a touch though!"

But I logged on anyway (saw the 6/14 touch and didn't even realize it was today!) then noticed the little dot was on Pending Approval! Wait a sec(!?!?) went back and looked at the date and started dancing! :dance: I had to re-read everything about 3 or 4 times until it sunk in!

Called my wifey and told her asap, yelling at her to "Wake up! Wake up! You need to be awake before I tell you this!!"

No sooner than I got off the phone the email and the text popped in my notification bar! =P

Keep in there folks! Looks like March is going quick! =D :wow:

that really sucks because my priority date is March 8... i hope mine gets approve soon

History:

Husband and I were childhood friends (neighbors)

left the philippines when I was 6yrs old

Came back to the Philippines 2004 which we hanged out

1 year of courtship

2005 we became official

2006 went back to philippines for vacation

2010 went home to the Philippines March-September

March 4, 2011- Paralegal Mailed documents Chicago

March 8, 2011- Was received in Chicago

Priority Date- March 8, 2011

March 14, 2011- TOUCHED (according to uscis.gov)

March 18, 2011- Received NOA1 hardcopy (Priority date March 8, 2011)

June 15, 2011 - NOA2 (notification on 6/15, received hardcopy on 6/17)

July 16, 2011 - received case number, IIN

July 25, 2011 - AOS bill invoiced and paid

July 27, 2011 - AOS bill appears as PAID

Sept 2, 2011 - RFE

Sept 13, 2011 - Case Complete

Did you file as spouse of a US Citizen? Any expedite request? That seems really fast and my priority date is only one week after yours! I am getting very excited! Congratulations!!!

No filed as US Citizen(Me)filing for my spouse, and no it was not expedited.

Wow! Congratulation!!! I had a difficult time sleeping this week and I hate Saturday and Sunday. hahaha!! I feel like I want USCIS working on our cases over the weekend. Bad huh? I'm stress now. Just hope that I will get it approved this month. :(

Our IR-1 Timeline

03/--/11: I-130 package sent to California Service Center by lawyer

03/16/11: Package delivered to USCIS

03/18/11: Received NOA1 hardcopy

03/21/11: Touch

06/21/11: Received e-mail: case transfer to local office for an interview

06/27/11: Received letter in the mail

07/05/11: Received e-mail: case was being processed at local office

07/08/11: Interview appointment on Aug9, 2011

08/09/11: Interview went well

11/07/11: Husband called USCIS and put on a request. Get a reference number. The officer said will get back in 15 days

11/22/11: Called USCIS found out that I-130 approved since 11/9/11

"Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between June 29, 2011 and July 14, 2011*

If you go to Immigration Timelines and then click on view your timeline and scroll to the bottom those dates are listed there as a guide.

Great news! I just received a text message stating that our I-130 was approved! :D Our NOA1 date was March 12th, with a priority date of March 9th, so that's 96 days from our NOA1 -- not bad at all!

Hooray for the CSC! Looks like the rest of you March filers won't be far behind! :thumbs:

7 Mar 2011 - Mailed the I-130 package

12 Nov 2011 - Became a U.S. resident (+250 days)

18 Sep 2017 - Sworn in as a U.S. citizen (+2137 days)
