Looks like we have our first "confirmed" non-expedite March NOA2 :) 97 Days!

History:

Husband and I were childhood friends (neighbors)

left the philippines when I was 6yrs old

Came back to the Philippines 2004 which we hanged out

1 year of courtship

2005 we became official

2006 went back to philippines for vacation

2010 went home to the Philippines March-September

March 4, 2011- Paralegal Mailed documents Chicago

March 8, 2011- Was received in Chicago

Priority Date- March 8, 2011

March 14, 2011- TOUCHED (according to uscis.gov)

March 18, 2011- Received NOA1 hardcopy (Priority date March 8, 2011)

June 15, 2011 - NOA2 (notification on 6/15, received hardcopy on 6/17)

July 16, 2011 - received case number, IIN

July 25, 2011 - AOS bill invoiced and paid

July 27, 2011 - AOS bill appears as PAID

Sept 2, 2011 - RFE

Sept 13, 2011 - Case Complete

I'm Feb filler and haven't got my NOA2 until now :( we've been waiting for 112 days now!

Oh god, please give me some more strength and patience to get through this whole process :crying:

USCIS

14-02-2011 sent I-130 petition for my case and my son's case

07-07-2011 approved! (139 days)

NVC

03-08-2011 NVC received

03-08-2011 received NVC case # and IIN for my case

25-08-2011 received NVC case # for my son's case

01-09-2011 sent aos packages

07-09-2011 sent IV packages

13-09-2011 1st checklist

17-09-2011 2nd checklist with different request

20-09-2011 sent out the checklist requested

28-09-2011 CC for my case

01-10-2011 Received P4 for interview date on November 22

05-10-2011 CC for my son's case

08-10-2011 received P4 for son's case

Consulate

07-11-2011 Medical

09-11-2011 picked up the result, everything is good, thanks god!

22-11-2011 Visa APPROVED!

28-11-2011 Pick up the visa

Wow 65 days is way fast.. especially for the VSC... Was it an Expidite??

These things sure do seem to go in clumps.. no K1s or CR-1 yesterday. I've added a half dozen cases to my USCIS with NOA1s dated from feb 27 to March 5th so I could see some approvals happen but none of them have changed as of yet... I have my fingers crossed for a handful of March approvals this week :)

On June 13, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.
Post Decision Activity

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

It literally changed about 20 minutes ago! I <3 you all!

Thanks for the help so far! Now for figuring out the electronic processing! =S lol

You should be estatic! When we all filed the I-130s in March the outlook was for August... The current trend looks like the bulk of us March filers will be through before the first week of July.. Be happy happy happy we are so lucky in comparison :) Were not looking at the USCIS site just to kill time anymore, there is an actual shot at being approved any given day.

Who knows, you may be tomorrow - you can say that now! :)
