CSC CR-1/IR-1 March 2011 Filers-Are you there?

The approval on Igor's list showing NOA1 on 06/01 was there well before that date and has an NOA2 date of 06/30. I'm confused - how is that possible?

Some people don't know how to create a proper timeline and just put in any date and that kind of defeats the whole purpose! It would be nice if everyone inputs there timeline properly and update it when appropriate, this way we have a better feel of how things are progressing.

There's been a few approvals for CR1 petitions submitted around 02/13 through 02/17 in May and as early as 06/01. Seen a few I129F's too.

Just to put things into perspective, there's still a lot from January and prior months that have not been approved, pending RFE's, etc.

All we can do is be patient, wait and pray. :innocent:

Let me rephrase my first sentence---- what I meant to say was....In looking through www.USCIS.gov, CR1 petitions submitted around 02/13 through 02/17 and were approved in May and some were approved as of 06/01 and 06/02. Seen a few I129F's too.

USCIS did a 5 years check on my husband's history and found that he owe state,federal and local tax because his previous employers were still filling tax for him =/. Would he have to pay all these in order for my paper work to be approved?. Sorry let me rephrase i mean would he have to pay it now before the 5 months period come.

Not sure if everything needs to be paid before the 5 month period. I would assume he would have to make payment arrangements with the IRS. Once this has been started, IRS will issue a letter stating arrangements have been made. And this letter may be used as proof that the issue is being addressed. Perhaps someone with more experience on this matter will reply.

Just curious....Was this an RFE from USCIS? Is this how you guys found out? I'm trying to understand USCIS's process.

No RFE, he just got a letter to appear in court for taxes and they said for government purpose or something. He didn't really explain much to me

I know it!!! over the weekend I saw someone with the same date as my NOA1(3/03) get approved on 5/31! Almost had a stroke!!!! lol! 89 days!!!!! I'm on my 94th day and anxiety level rising to the max!!!!

No March Filers have received NOA2 yet. Only a couple expediters have.

They are processing what looks to be around Feb. 19th applications.
