Sorry jkminney, Keep asking bothering you with questions.Just another thing I need to know when the case is forward to NVC and they send out the package that contains Of-169 form, and an Of-230 part one and two forms. When the beneficiary fill it out is that suppose to mail back to the NVC or the beneficiary's embassy??

This process is a bit different than when we did the K1 because really NVC didn't do that. We had to bring everything with us to the actual interview. From what I've read EVERYTHING gets sent to NVC and then they forward that information to the local office for the interview. The 169 form is basically just something stating you have all the information they are going to require...a checklist basically.

I'm meeting John in Ireland a week from today for 2 wks and the plan is when we each get back he's going to order his police certificate and fill out the forms for the 230 so if we happen to get approved before august I have everything I need here and it's ready to be sent in. I've already filled out the support form so really only need to get a letter from my employer and print off the paystubs. I've also orderd tax transcripts so that's done as well. I already have a copy of Johns birth certificate here so that's sorted out. Just a lot of paperwork and I think that if you can work on it early then when it's time to turn it in you aren't caught up in trying to get it finished and sent in...this way if you are missing something you have time to get it without cutting into the time it's taking to send it in.

so any touches????? i'm so jealous of those feb filers who were approved after 90days. oh how i wish we can all be aprroved now.... anyways at least the month is going by fast

No touches on my end. However, there are some Feb filers that have been approved when I checked www.USCIS.gov.

I'm hoping we'll be seeing more approvals in June and the months ahead.

I miss my hubby so much!

Today, I mailed him a small package via Fedex with DS 230 part 1 & 2 and Choice of Agent form and some goodies . He'll be mailing those back to me with our official CEMAR and long form birth certificate (he has multiple originals), and copies of his passport. Prepping for NVC stage and hoping to speed up the process a little.

so i just my timeline and i noticed that it says

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between July 9, 2011 and July 23, 2011*.

im so happy because before it said between july 28, 2011 and August 10, 2011

I believe that ours will be approved this coming month. Keep your fingers cross. I'll pray for that. I saw many Feb Filers have been approved and I'm sure some March filers will get that, too

Quick question... I am going to visit my hubby in a few weeks and there is a possibility that I will not be able to take additional time off in August/September for the interview. I want to take everything he might need for the interview with me on this next visit. I have all of the marriage license, apostilled documents, passports, birth certificates, etc. here in the US with me.

Will he need to have all of those documents at the interview even though we have already sent them with our application? Also should I take him our print outs of chat logs, my phone records, pictures of a visit with his mother last month, etc? I just want to make sure whatever he will need he already has just in case I cannot travel for the interview.

There's been a few approvals for CR1 petitions submitted around 02/13 through 02/17 in May and as early as 06/01. Seen a few I129F's too.

Just to put things into perspective, there's still a lot from January and prior months that have not been approved, pending RFE's, etc.

All we can do is be patient, wait and pray. :innocent:

There's been a few approvals for CR1 petitions submitted around 02/13 through 02/17 in May and as early as 06/01.

The approval on Igor's list showing NOA1 on 06/01 was there well before that date and has an NOA2 date of 06/30. I'm confused - how is that possible?
