Anyone know if there are any flights from Juarez to the States? I typed it into expedia.com but all I came up with was it redirecting me to have him fly out of Mexico City. If that's the case we may as well say hello to $575 for a ticket to and from Juarez + a one way $400 ticket to Boston. AAH! So much money.

Also, anyone know if it's possible for me the petitioner to pay by credit card the visa fee instead of having him pay it?

I looked up and seems like the flights from Juarez to US are +2 stops. Juarez -Mex city- somewhere in Texas and finally Boston.

How would he get from Juarez to El Paso? I know they are right next to each other but would he just take a taxi or what? I have contacts in El Paso but they don't particularly want to go to Juarez.

hello everybody: I am reading all the post regarding to the form DS-260 and I would like to share with you some info. about my own experience with this adventure

I received the same letter saying i can apply now for a visa and after a lot of reading the first step I took was to sign in to the webpage http://mexico.usvis-info.com as they ask you in the same letter, start filling the form DS-160 on line wich is necesary before you schechule an appointment on ASC (CAS in Spanish). When you finished they will give you a bar code that you will need to print. If you are appling with more family is necesary to do for each person.

After I finished I paid on line for each person with a credit card you will see the option on the left side that says options to pay for your visa. It was pretty easy and after i receive my confirmation of payment wich you need to print or save to take with you at ASC appointment.

Thennnn I proceed to set my appointment I did via phone and it took me only 15 minutes, The person told me I need to pick the days for both, ASC and Consulate and that I can go to my nearest ASC closest to my house and be at my Consulate after that wich is CDJ. You can do it too online and check the calendar to pick your day for both appointments.

In the meantime i start to fill my form DS-260 on line with no problem and i got my code number wich i suppose to take to the ASC and Consulate appointment. But everything was so smooth to be truth  and i already spend 3 days trying to submit and sign my daughter"s DS-260 form with no success :crying: . I have my appointment in june 10 at ASC and friday 17 in CDJ and not know what to do with this situation. If someone have had the same situation Could please share if someone fix this problem?

Also, I am not quite sure if i have to submit papers before the appointment and if this is the case will affect my visa process.

I hope this can be helpful and hopefully someone can have a response for the DS-260 not able to sign and submit.

Thanks to all and good luck to everybody. :D

Carmen.

You are fine, u kind of 'online sign' just by submitting the form and agreeing that the info u provide is correct.

Hey guys, last week I paid the $350 fee over the phone and they gave me a confirmation receipt number. (btw I don't recommend paying over the phone since the computer generated response only tells you the number once, and very quickly. I'm not 100% positive I got it down correctly).

So, I, the petitioner, paid the fee on the phone, and I was told I can call again to set up the appointments for ASC and interview. However, having just literally read through all 15 pages of this forum, it looks like the beneficiary should request the appointment online, that way he can print an appointment confirmation letter? Is that right?

So, should I the petitioner make the appt. or should my fiance the beneficiary do it?

Also, I am worried that if he tries to go through the website to schedule the appointment, that there might result in some confusion since I know a whole lot more about the ins and outs of this than he does, and the site would be in Spanish for him but possibly using terms about this process that I am not familiar with how they will translate (maybe for instance something like asking for the invoice # or MVC receipt #).

So, does HE have to print an appointment confirmation? Or, if I were to do it, could I just email him a copy of this (as long as it doesn't print blurry, etc.)??

I REALLY want us to be able to schedule the appointment today, but I'm paranoid about getting it wrong!

Thanks for the help guys!

Don't panic! You can make appointment online (it's easy). They send you a confirmation e-mail so you can e-mail it to your fiancé so that he can print it out.

Where online? and they ask what category i fit in.. not sure... im filing for my husband... help!
