Can you email NVC your Choice of Agent Form?

Can my husband email his Choice of Agent Form to NVC? Can he email me his Choice of Agent Form and then I can express mail it through the postal service to NVC? I just don't trust the postal service in Pakistan.

Thank you PatRhea, I know that I can be his choice of agent...my question is since he has to sign to form, would a copy of the form submitted via email be acceptable to NVC?

just click that link and follow that...its fine even if no signature...just email it in 2 to 3 days u will receive mail from NVC that they got it...

Yes you can email it to the NVC which is much easier than sending it in, that's what I did an it worked I didn't even bother to fill out the form and send it in.

My Time line:

Met Hubby: 07/25/2004

Engaged: 12/29/2004

Married: 07/13/2007

Birth of our daughter: April 16th 2008.

USCIS

Sent I-130 to USCIS: 06/03/2010

Received NOA1: 06/09/2010

USCIS Approved I-130: 10/29/2010

NVC

NVC Received case: 11/15/2010

Received DS-3032/I-864 Bill: 11/25/2010

Paid Bill: 11/27/2010

Sent DS-3032 by E-mail: 11/29/10

Received I-864 Package: 11/29/2010

Sent I-864 Package: 12/03/2010

Received IV bill: 12/16/2010

Paid bill: 12/21/2010

RFE Received for I-864: 01/11/2011

Sent: 01/24/2011

RFE Received for Original Birth Certificate: 02/03/2011

Sent RFE: 02/09/2011

RFE Received for I-864: 03/03/2011

Sent RFE: 03/07/2011

Case Completed at NVC with RFE for I-864: 03/23/2011

Consulate

Case sent to Consulate: 03/29/2011

Appointment and Packet 4 Received: 03/29/2011
