Police certificate

I'm not sure i this is in the right place so can some one please move if if not pleeease.

At what point do I need to get my police certificate? and what extra information will I need if it shows up with a warning or a caution on it?

Also, can you still fly on the vwp if you have a caution but have never been arrested cause if not I think I may have done something wrong..

It's advisable to order the police certificate close to your expected NOA2 time - you need the certificate to take to the medical. It can take time to come, although you can pay more to get it quicker (within a week or two I think). Anyhow, the certificate is good for 1 year so you will have plenty of time before it expires if you order it early.
