hello everybody!!!

I am USC,My NOA1 for I130 is NOV 10,2010 for my wife.Our anniversary is on AUG 18,Thats the first one we having. Do you guys think that my wife will be here by that time because i want to be with her in our first anNiversary which means a lot to me..(still waiting for NOA2)

09/10 - Wedding

09/31/10:came back to states.

10/25/10: I-130 package mailed.

11/10/10: NOA1 recieved(I130)

11/16/10: Touched.

11/18/10: I129F package mailed.

12/02/10: NOA1 recieved(I129F)

12/31/10:Touched.

you're pushing it ... you filed in November then one month later in December you submitted the I-130.... only to slow down your case. Sorry i'm saying no to this one. I'm thinking more Sept - Oct 2011 without any delays

Yeah we understand completely...we filed and our priority date is Nov 12 our wedding anniversary is oct 2nd....we wanted to do a blessing of our marriage so my children and family can be a part of some kind of ceremony as a symbolic thing especially for the children...and we were hoping to do it on our 1st anniversary as well :(

07/25/2011 CO called did phone interview result: PENDING MANDATORY AP/CO told us they have to do namechecks

03/07/2013 Case returned to USCIS waiting for NOIR/reaffirmation

04/18/2013 USCIS received case for review

08/19/2013 Received NOIR to respond by 9/18/2013

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

We filed our I-130 in October and was approved in May. Our interview was set for September 25th and our (1st wedding) anniversary was September 1st.

But, who knows maybe VSC will approve your case faster than they did to ours.
