We never received any hard paperwork from the NVC. IF you got your emails from the NVC that is you packets of information. Just download and fill out all the forms.

I see that you sent them already...did you get delivery confirmation? Check our timeline out. They must be really busy at the NVC this year.

I got the same AVR message on Feb 10, and it only changed 2 days ago, so almost a month. I have yet to receive that "packet of information and documents" from NVC. I'll end up getting it after CC, I'm sure headbonk.gifNVC is slow.

Just ignore the messages--you will not hear anything 99% of the time UNLESS you are getting an RFE, so NVC is truly a no news is good news kinda operation. It takes just a few weeks to get thru it unless you get an RFE, so chill out and stop driving yourself crazy.

We are waiting on them to look over our DS-230 stuff too.

When we sent in our AOS packet it was reviewed in about 5 days it seemed, whereas our DS-230 stuff was signed for by them on may 27th, and we still havent heard anything. Phoned and they said it must be in building but not looked over yet. GRRRR

Was hoping to speed through NVC in a month or less, but with the 4 days delay on payment site paying IV bill and now this, theres no way we'll be out of there in a month :(

Total time from posting I-130 to VISA in hand 7 months 21 days :D
