hello people as you know my fiance visa was denied weeks ago, like i told you my fiance was sponsor

by the way was not for a tourist visa was for a fiance visa,but the ex girl friend was in usa with touris visa and he aply for a k1,i hope you understand me jejeejj some people here can be mean with my english lol

well the lawyer told us we should wait until the ins clean off my fiance record,that takes like 3 months or less

they have to investing.after that we will reaply for a k1

the lawyer said also is better than get a k3 cuz takes longer

hopefully everything goes well

I understand most of your post but don't understand the part about the ex girlfriend being in the USA with a tourist visa.

oh my fiance,s girfriend was in USA with a tourist visa,and like she wanted stay more ,my fiance got her a k1 visa,but she leave him and disappear so wasnt wedding, now that woman is ilegal

thanks all what happen my k1 was denied :crying: so we will reaply

If she was in the US with a tourist visa, she could have married him and adjusted status. No fiance visa was needed- those are to enter the USA, and she was already here.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

she just wanted take advanted of him

so she was so silly cuz now she cant have papers cuz had a sponsor already :bonk:

but i dont care her life we just hope she gets deport soon

and is posible get a fiance visa being in USA!! the only is doesnt take any time

they give 3 months for get married
