Hello

Recently married and I am wondering what the next steps are to filing our AOS. We have SSN but confused at which forms and everything that I should send with cover letter for the AOS. Any help would be appreciated. ps.. Husband from United Kingdom and we have already obtained his SS#.

Please read the guides on here for AOS and go to USCIS and download the instructions for I-485 it tells you all you need to know. Always a good idea to read up on all this while petition is being processed so you know what the next step is.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month
