Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Big deal, he got approval for an application filed in May. Does that give him the right to needle everyone else that is using the system the way it is intended. I have a buddy that filed in August 2005 with the Nebraska center and was approved in September 2005. His attorney wanted to know if he had political help. He had no idea how it happened. So this guy has nothing to crow about, it's all just a matter of good timing and sometimes it is about superb preparation. Lets see how he does with the green card issue.

Hang in there everyone, you will get approval.

I’m so sorry for all of you that have had to endure additional time and stress because you were not allowed to hear how I handled my petition.

Today I received my NOA2, my Petition was approved. I filed in May, with the old form, and I never received an IMBRA related RFE.

I did include in my Petition extra documentation, and I wrote on this forum what I did, and why. However, it seems others do not want to hear something that is “different” from their own narrow way of thinking, and saw fit to delete everything I wrote.

Once, again, I do feel for you, but as for me and my family, we are going to celebrate, as we are approved and are now only waiting on Moscow!

I wish I could say thank you to this forum, but I can’t, it has not been helpful.

I wish the rest of you, God Speed, and please, hang in there, eventually you will get results.

:dance::dance::dance::dance:

If it was deleted, must have been a darmm good reason. For one, your NEENER TUDE really suks so I can understand why your posts got removed. My wife is now with me here but I would never flaunt this to anyone because we experienced such agony being apart from each other and dont wish that to anyone else. But when you post the way you do it just adds insult to injury.

Great that you beat the system but you are not finished yet. Good luck to you in the rest of your journey but please go away and hope you never come back  .

Actually...

if the guy's claim is true that he got approved using the old form without an RFE for IMBRA, it is a big deal. It could shed a lot of light on how things are getting processed over at the USCIS which could in turn still help a lot of folks out down the road. I'd like to know what he said before.

what is with all the drama today?

Well, it's not a full moon yet but here is today's astrology reading:

General Daily Overview

Mercury is blasted by the Sun's light today as they line up in picky Virgo. It's challenging to get clear intellectual perspective, for the messenger planet disappears into the brilliance of the Sun. Luckily, we can rely on our emotions to give us another point of view as the playful Leo Venus harmonizes with intense Pluto. Suppressed desires can be expressed with the Moon in daring Sagittarius, moving toward conjunction with Pluto later in the day.

(from Tarot.com)

Maybe that explains some of today's popcorn events!

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

If what he said was true (and my opinion is it's extremely unlikely), I suspect he will end up being delayed and dealing with IMBRA at the consulate level.
