I entered US in 2005 on F1 Visa as student but i am on H1B since 2007 and went/came back from home

country in 2008 which inturn got me I94. Last year I94 on the passport was expired and at same time i changed my employer so new I797/I94 has been given which are valid till 2013.But I haven't gone for visa stamping

since then, so on passport i has expired I94 which was issued during my port of entry in 2008 and on papers(from USCIS during my H1 renewal)i have I94 expiration till 2013

My question is as I94 on the passport ( which been given during my arrival in 2008 ) got expired..

ON Line I130 Line 14 Do I need to specify my I94 expiration date which is on passport or New I94 expiration date which been given recently by USCIS during my H1B renewal?

I've moved this thread from the AOS from a family visa to AOS from a work, student & tourist visa forum as the OP is adjusting from a work visa

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
